Electric-field-induced phase transitions in co-doped Pb(Zr(1−x)Ti(x))O(3) at the morphotropic phase boundary

The strain- and polarization-electric field behavior was characterized at room temperature for Pb(0.98)Ba(0.01)(Zr(1−x)Ti(x))(0.98)Nb(0.02)O(3), 0.40 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.60.
