Dynamics of native oxide growth on CdTe and CdZnTe X-ray and gamma-ray detectors

We studied the growth of the surface oxide layer on four different CdTe and CdZnTe X-ray and gamma-ray detector-grade samples using spectroscopic ellipsometry.
