Combined Bilateral Lung Transplantation and Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass

Coronary artery disease has historically been a contraindication to lung transplantation. We report a successful combined bilateral lung transplantation and off-pump coronary artery bypass in a 62-year-old man.
