Red Light-Emitting Diode Based on Blue InGaN Chip with CdTe(x)S((1 − x)) Quantum Dots
Thioglycolic acid-capped CdTe(x)S((1 − x)) quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized through a one-step approach in an aqueous medium.
