(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography ((18)F-FDG PET/CT) scan revealed metabolically active lesions in bulky uterine cervix and osteolytic skeletal lesions. Unusual pattern of FDG uptake in uterine cervix and osteolytic skeletal lesions warranted a biopsy of the uterine cervix which revealed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. (18)F-FDG PET/CT scan helped in guiding the site of biopsy to reach a final diagnosis in this unusual case of lymphoma with a secondary involvement of uterine cervix presenting as a pathological fracture.
