Sumario:Vesico-vaginal Fistula (VVF) secondary to bladder cancer is extremely rare. We report the case of a 54-year old post-menopausal patient with neoplasic Vesico-vaginal Fistula (VVF), without any surgical antecedents or recent obstetric trauma.
