We identified bla(NDM-7)–producing Enterobacteriaceae in Gabon in 2016. The isolates contained bla(NDM-7) IncX3 plasmids that were unusual and similar to the one described in a colistin-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae SZ04 isolate from China.
