Sumario:Malocclusion is a serious complication of open reduction surgery for facial fractures. It is often caused by the lack of adequate consideration for the occlusal relationship before the trauma and intermaxillary fixation during the operation. This is a case report of postoperative malocclusion that occurred in a patient with a midfacial complex fracture.
