Ileal Trichobezoar Presenting as Intestinal Obstruction and Peritonitis
Trichobezoar is less common in boys. We are reporting a case of isolated ileal trichobezoars in a 4-year old boy causing intestinal obstruction and gut ischemia with perforation and peritonitis.
