We have extended genome browser basic features to allow users to query, analyze and share their data. Availability and implementation: myGenomeBrowser is freely available at https://bbric-pipelines.toulouse.inra.fr/myGenomeBrowser and includes tutorial screencasts. Source code and installation instructions can be found at https://framagit.org/BBRIC/myGenomeBrowser. myGenomeBrowser is open-source and mainly implemented in Perl, JavaScript, Apache and Docker.
