Sumario:We report a case of coronary artery and aortic root aneurysms in a 50-year-old man with Marfan syndrome. The coexistence of these findings is uncommon and rarely reported. We underline the role of electrocardiographically gated computed tomography angiography in the diagnosis of coronary aneurysm in this category of patients.
