Diagnosis of large B-cell NHL was obtained by fibreoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) biopsies. Three cycles of R-CHOP chemotherapy (rituximab, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, hydroxydaunorubicin, prednisone) was performed and clinical and radiological remission was obtained after 3 cycles of therapy. |
