[Results] The weight control behaviors were exhibited by more than half of the participants each year. The weight control behavior that was most prevalent among Koreans was exercise. The types of exercise included walking, muscle strengthening, flexibility exercises, etc. [Conclusion] These findings indicate that exercise was confirmed as the preferred method for weight control among Koreans. |
