Fourteen Draft Genome Sequences for the First Reported Cases of Azithromycin-Resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Ireland

Here, we report the draft genome assemblies of 14 azithromycin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae clinical isolates, representing the first such strains identified in Ireland.
