CdS-coated TiO(2) nanotube layers: downscaling tube diameter towards efficient heterostructured photoelectrochemical conversion
Herein, a novel photoelectrochemical heterostructure based on TiO(2) nanotube layers uniformly coated by a CdS thin layer (using ALD) is presented.
