Performance of point-of-care international normalized ratio measurement to diagnose trauma-induced coagulopathy

BACKGROUND: Trauma-induced coagulopathy (TIC) is a common feature after severe trauma. Detection of TIC is based upon classic coagulation tests including international normalized ratio (INR) value.
