Sumario:Chronic orchialgia is a difficult and frustrating condition for both the patient and clinician. Determining appropriate course of therapy should require extensive conservative measures and consideration of alternative surgical options prior to concluding an orchiectomy is warranted. This manuscript aims to provide the clinician with the information currently available to determine if the anticipated success rate is warranted to consider extirpative surgery for idiopathic chronic orchialgia.
