Lattice Thermal Conductivity of MgSiO(3) Perovskite from First Principles
We investigate lattice thermal conductivity κ of MgSiO(3) perovskite (pv) by ab initio lattice dynamics calculations combined with exact solution of linearized phonon Boltzmann equation.
