Nanocrystalline BaSnO(3) as an Alternative Gas Sensor Material: Surface Reactivity and High Sensitivity to SO(2)
Nanocrystalline perovskite-type BaSnO(3) was obtained via microwave-assisted hydrothermal route followed by annealing at variable temperature.
