Sumario:Drug hypersensitivity syndrome or Drug Rash with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms or DRESS syndrome is a severe and potentially life-threatening toxidermia. It should be suspected in patients developing cutaneous reaction following drug intake. We report the case of a 45-year old patient treated for pulmonary tuberculosis (TPM+) who developed DRESS syndrom induced by antibacillaries.
