Ongoing large measles outbreak with nosocomial transmission in Milan, northern Italy, March–August 2017

A large measles outbreak has been ongoing in Milan and surrounding areas. From 1 March to 30 June 2017, 203 measles cases were laboratory-confirmed (108 sporadic cases and 95 related to 47 clusters).
