We present a 27-year-old man with hematemesis who was found to be bleeding from a gastroduodenal artery psuedoaneurysm through a spontaneous pancreaticoduodenal fistula as a result of severe alcohol-related necrotizing pancreatitis. This is the first reported case in the literature to describe this occurrence.
