Physicochemical Characterization and Polyphenolic Content of Beninese Honeys
The physicochemical and phytochemical analyses of honeys (n = 50) from Sudanese, Sudano-Guinean, and Guinean areas of Benin were investigated. Results showed that dark amber is the dominant color.
