Involvement of Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme (E2 Gene Family) in Ripening Process and Response to Cold and Heat Stress of Vitis vinifera

Ubiquitin-conjugating (UBC) E2 enzyme plays crucial roles in plant growth and development. Limited information can describe the function of UBC enzyme E2 in grapes.
