Anomalous mesenteric vessel—a rare etiology of intermittent partial small bowel obstruction

We report a case of an 11-year with recurrent episodes of abdominal pain and vomiting. Diagnostic laparoscopy during a severe episode demonstrated an anomalous blood vessel incompletely encircling the bowel, leading to transient partial small bowel obstruction.
