Microbial Diversity of Genital Ulcers of HSV-2 Seropositive Women

We measured the microbial community structure of genital ulcers in women. Swabs from clinically detected ulcers were tested for HSV-2 and Treponema pallidum by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
