Sumario:Recent studies suggested that natural compounds are important in finding targets for cancer treatments. Autophagy (“self-eating”) plays important roles in multiple diseases and acts as a tumor suppressor in cancer. Here, we examined the molecular mechanism by which natural agents regulate autophagic signals. Understanding the relationship between natural agents and cellular autophagy may provide more information for cancer diagnosis and chemoprevention.
