Sumario:This is the second well documented case of paraneoplastic Cushing’s syndrome arising from a small cell carcinoma of the endometrium described in English literature. This tumour has an aggressive biological behaviour and early detection provides the only opportunity for long-term survival. In that regard recognition of associated paraneo- plastic features might be helpful.
