Sumario:Regional anesthesia in the form of combined cervical plexus block is gaining popularity as a technique of choice for cervical spine surgeries, especially for urgent ones. An important advantage is that it allows continuous monitoring of patient's neurological status. The success of the block often depends on accurate placement of the local anesthetic.
