The three microRNA signature showed greater predicting prognosis capacity for predicting 5-year survival in BLCA with an AUC of 0.664, 0.681 and 0.668 in Train set, Test set and Total set respectively. Furthermore, there was a significant difference between high score and low score in Total set(P=3e-05), Test set(P=0.00435) and Train set(P=0.00143), respectively. Therefore, these results provided a new prospect for prognostic biomarker of BLCA. |
