description BACKGROUND AND AIMS: common invasive angiography is a diagnostic test that is useful in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease patients often experience anxiety and increase their vital signs before angiography. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of lavender essential oil on hemodynamic parameters in patients before angiography is inhaled. METHODS: This study is a randomized clinical trial in which 40 patients scheduled for coronary angiography were involved after obtaining written consent from the patients were divided into two groups. Vital signs of the times before and after the intervention to measure and record Grdyd.sps 16 SPSS software using independent t-test were analyzed. RESULTS: The two groups in demographic and hemodynamic parameters before the intervention, after intervention Ndashtnd.ama significant difference between the two groups in terms of hemodynamically significant difference were observed (p≤0/05). CONCLUSION: The scent of lavender significantly reduces blood pressure, pulse number of patients.
