Genome Sequence of a Novel Strain of a Phasi Charoen-Like Virus Identified in Zhanjiang, China

Here, we report the genome sequence of a novel strain of a Phasi Charoen-like virus, isolated from Aedes aegypti mosquitoes caught in Zhanjiang province of China.
