The single circular chromosome of 1,033,629 bp shows differences between complete Mycoplasma bovis genome in insertion-like sequences (ISs), integrative conjugative elements (ICEs), lipoproteins (LPs), variable surface lipoproteins (VSPs), pathogenicity islands (PAIs), etc.
