description Spontaneous pneumothoraces and hemothoraces are rare manifestations of sarcomas occurring more commonly in specific histologic types, chemotherapy and/or anti-angiogenic therapy. Early identification of spontaneous pneumothoraces and hemothoraces improves the clinical outcomes. In this article, we present a case series of three patients with soft tissue and bone sarcomas who developed spontaneous pneumothoraces and/or hemothoraces and discuss the current literature highlighting the evidence behind these complications.
