Sumario:We report a case of a 76‐year‐old man with fibrocavitary nontuberculous mycobacterial (FC‐NTM) lung disease, who was successfully treated with right extrapleural completion pneumonectomy. Right extrapleural completion pneumonectomy with careful coverage of the bronchial stump might be effective in patients with FC‐NTM lung disease.
