Sumario:Little is known about the effects of Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) during pregnancy. In Saudi Arabia, 5 cases of MERS-CoV infection among pregnant women were reviewed, and all cases resulted in adverse outcomes. MERS-CoV infection during pregnancy may be associated with maternal and perinatal disease and death.
