Various surgical techniques have been developed over the years to accelerate tooth movement and reduce the total treatment time. A newly introduced, minimally invasive procedure namely piezopuncture, which uses a piezosurgical tool to create multiple cortical punctures through the gingiva, is presented in this report of two extraction cases.
