Diagnostic Challenge in Pancreatic Sarcoidosis Using Endoscopic Ultrasonography

We herein report a 55-year-old woman who presented with erythema and bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy 4 months prior to the detection of pancreatic lesions on an ultrasound.
