Sumario:Although central nervous system manifestations seem common in primary Sjögren's syndrome, hypertrophic pachymeningitis is rare. We herein describe a case of Sjögren's syndrome that was associated with hypertrophic pachymeningitis. Sjögren's syndrome should be considered as a cause of hypertrophic pachymeningitis.
