A Possible Error in the Interpretation of Gastric Carcinoma

Isolated clusters of pyloric cells having homogeneous, eosinophilic (i.e., “glassy”) cytoplasm were present in 6 (18.2%) of 33 consecutive gastrectomy specimens.
