K‐ras and p53 Alterations in Genomic DNA and Transcripts of Human Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Cell Lines

We analyzed 15 human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell lines for alterations of the K‐ras and the p53 genes and their transcripts.
