Paneth Cell‐rich Flat Adenoma of the Rectum: Report of a Case

A patient having familiar adenomatosis polyposis and an ileo‐rectal anastomosis developed a flat mucosal lesion in the rectum. A punch biopsy revealed a villous adenoma with high‐grade dysplasia.
