Successful use of cinacalcet to treat parathyroid-related hypercalcemia in two pediatric patients

Two pediatric patients with different causes of hyperparathyroidism are reported. First patient is a 13-year-old male with severe hypercalcemia due to left upper parathyroid gland adenoma.
