Simple, low-cost fabrication of acrylic based droplet microfluidics and its use to generate DNA-coated particles
Hydrogel microparticles were copolymerized with surface-immobilized DNA. Particles derived from a microfluidic device and particles derived from mechanical homogenization were compared.
