Sumario:Gastrointestinal metastasis unusually occurs in primary lung cancer instead of lung, liver, brain, bone and adrenal. Recently, we has treated two patients with primary lung cancer metastasized to gastrointestinal system consequently. This paper will conduct the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up report and review related literature in order to deepen the understanding of rarely metastases of lung cancer to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
