Besides that, surgery and reconstruction are complicated due to the complexity of the local anatomy, which makes these lesions even more challenging for the orthopedic oncological professionals. On the following article two cases of aneurysmal bone cyst of the hindfoot are reported, as well as the alternatives and peculiarities in conducting these cases according to the oncological principles. When the subject are hindfoot tumor lesions, the early diagnosis is extremely important, as well as the proper staging and the management of the case by the orthopedic oncological professional according to oncological principles.
