The immunosuppressive microenvironment seems to impede the development of immunotherapies. Hence, normalization tumor vascular by anti-angiogenesis properly could improve the immunosuppressive miroenvironment. Consequently, the efficacy of the immunotherapies was enhanced. Here, we discuss the effects of vascular normalizing on tumor immunity and propose a potentially strategy to re-engineer the tumor-immune microenvironment and improve cancer immunotherapy. |
