Comparison of Epidural Analgesia Using 0.2% Bupivacaine and 0.2% Ropivacaine for the Management of Postoperative Pain in Major Orthopedic Surgery

INTRODUCTION: Ropivacaine is preferred over racemic bupivacaine for postoperative analgesia as it is less cardiotoxic and has high selectivity for sensory fibers.
