Sumario:We report the first case of a patient in whom an implantable cardioverter‐defibrillator (ICD) endowed with HeartLogic, a novel algorithm for heart failure (HF) monitoring, was implanted in clinical practice. The good temporal association between HeartLogic index threshold crossings and HF hospitalizations confirms the high sensitivity in detecting gradual worsening of HF.
