Voltage-Controlled Magnetic Anisotropy in Fe(1−x)Co(x)/Pd/MgO system
Voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy (VCMA) in an epitaxially grown Fe/Fe(1−x)Co(x)/Pd/MgO system was investigated using spin-wave spectroscopy.
